TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. All online booking submissions are not a confirmed booking. North Shore Shuttles will contact you via email or phone to confirm dates, pickup times, airport meeting points, phone numbers and all associated costs and details.

2. All online bookings require a minimum of 4 days notice prior to you flight time
3. North Shore Shuttles accepts no liability or responsibility for delayed or cancelled flights and delays due to traffic and traffic accidents.
4. We maintain a up to date price list on all fares, however fares posted on this website are subject to change without notice.

5. Refunds on prepaid bookings will only occur if the
Scheduled flight time into Sydney Airport is delayed to a time that doesn't suitably connect with our scheduled shuttle departure times. If your flight into Sydney is delayed or cancelled, you must advise us via email or phone, so that we may inform you of the next available shuttle departing the airport. If this time doesn't suit, we can then refund your pre-paid transfers.

6. Our shuttles run to a timetable and our drivers must adhere to government regulated driving hours. If your delayed flight arrives at a time that doesn't suitably connect with our scheduled shuttle departure times, we are under no obligation to provide you with a pickup at the time that is outside our scheduled operating hours.

7. All cancellation of bookings require a minimum of 24hours notice prior to your pickup time, otherwise the full fare must be paid and subsequent refunds will not be given
8. North Shore Shuttles cannot guarantee our shuttles will operate to the exact times that passengers are booked in for or the availability of seats, ie vacancies may not always be available at the times you require to travel.
9. All return airport transfers(pickups from Sydney Airport) will incur an additional AUD$3.00(inc GST) Airport Toll charge.

10. Additional charges do apply for transporting large items like golf clubs, surfboards, snow skiis, bicycles and excessive amounts of baggage. Pls ensure you inform our staff if any of these items or other large items are to be transported as an allowance for extra luggage space will be required.

11. North Shore Shuttles shall not be liable for any loss or damage howsoever arising, including negligence, to any and all goods, baggage and personal effects conveyed by our service. Passengers are strongly advised to ensure they obtain travel insurance for their items.

12. Late transfers to and from airport after 20:30PM will incur additional AUD$15
